Dangerous Task for Physically Disabled
Description
My husband and I are unemployeed and the carptet on the stairs is a danger for me when having to do task upstairs. I have rods in my feet and don't mid the stairs, I just take them slow.... but with the carpet being patched, loose and frayed I am afraid of tripping. It would be a blessing if we could get it replaced but what little money we do have coming in goes for utilities. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to participate.
